Important Information 

Reservations are required 72 hours in advance of your arrival.

Reservations are taken with 12 month advance notification.

Transportation will be provided immediately at your arrival. Flight information is monitored in case of delays.

Prices are in US Dollars payable by Cash, Western Union, Bank Transfer and Money Gram.

 
Need to change or cancel your reservation?
 

Please send us an e-mail with your reservation number (no fee to change reservation -- $15 to cancel). All changes and cancellations must be put in writing via e-mail.

PetsVentura ® PETS TAXI ™ started operations on March 24 2003, encouraged by the demand in the Buenos Aires area for a First Class, Premium transportation service dedicated for pets and pets’ owners where reliability, punctuality, efficiency and courtesy could be counted on at competitive rates.

When you book with us: 

You get an electronic confirmation (voucher) via email of the service reserved and a receipt of your payment. It has all the information you will need.

Bilingual staff available. 

The name of the person that processed your reservation can be found on your voucher, as all online 

reservations are human processed. 

You may change your reservation at no additional cost based upon availability. 

All emails received are replied to within the same day during regular business hours. 

Cancellations and refunds are processed in one business day. 

Lost & Found services available for forgotten or misplaced items.
